This luxury five-bedroom property dates back to 1703 and sits on 3. 5 acres of beautiful grounds with the River Esk flowing through. It's been restored with incredible attention to detail while keeping its period features intact.
The grounds include lawns, woodland and a riverbank. You're only 20 minutes from Edinburgh but feel miles away from city life. Complete privacy makes this perfect for celebrations or simply escaping everyday life. The outdoor terrace catches the evening sun - ideal for summer evenings.
The house sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms. The first floor has a super-king bedroom with en-suite.

The second floor features another super-king room (can be twins) with en-suite, plus the master suite with garden views and luxury bathroom. The third floor has two loft rooms - one double and one that can be two singles or a super-king - both with en-suites.
Edinburgh city centre is just 20 minutes away (7 miles). Visit Edinburgh Castle (20 mins), Rosslyn Chapel (15 mins), Dalkeith Country Park (5 mins) and the beautiful East Lothian coastline (25 mins).
