The grounds include lawns, woodland and a riverbank. You're only 20 minutes from Edinburgh but feel miles away from city life. Complete privacy makes this perfect for celebrations or simply escaping everyday life. The outdoor terrace catches the evening sun - ideal for summer evenings.

The third floor has two loft rooms - one double and one that can be two singles or a super-king - both with en-suites.
