Dealing with a lively little dog can be tricky, but the team here was fantastic. No awkward apologies, just straight talking and genuine friendliness. When I asked if someone could shout before heading to check the hot tub, they smiled and explained they designed it so they don't need to disturb us or the dogs. The boiler maintenance is mostly done externally too. Our small dog had no problem with the fencingand we loved relaxing in the hot tub. Plus, those free-range eggs were a lovely touch. Brilliant stay!
