Hill View Lodge is a large, stylishly renovated seven-bedroom lodge set in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park near Kingussie in Northern Scotland. The lodge sits within huge private grounds and combines traditional character handmade staircases and carved wooden beams with bright contemporary interiors. It sleeps up to 14 in the main house with a separate bothy sleeping two more.
The Cairngorms surrounds you here. The River Spey is about a mile away. Kingussie town centre is 2. 5 miles and Aviemore is 15 miles, giving you easy access to skiing, hiking and mountain biking.

Seven bedrooms include a king-size master, a ground floor king en-suite and five further king zip-and-link rooms convertible to twins. Five bedrooms have en-suites. The bothy behind the main house has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom.

Hill View Lodge is located near Kingussie in the Cairngorms National Park. The A9 is the main route into the area from both the north and south take the Kingussie exit and follow local roads to the property. Ample off-road parking is available within the grounds.
Kingussie railway station is on the main Inverness to Edinburgh line and is approximately 2.5 miles from the lodge. From the station a short taxi ride will get you to the property with ease.
