The Byre At Brothershiels Reviews

Mark
Having Noreen and Ali nearby was reassuring, though we didn't really need to bother them. The cottage's spot is perfect-peaceful, charmingand snug. We definitely plan to return; it felt like a little home away from home. Loved it!
Ellie
We had a lovely time at this cosy little cottage. It's super well-equipped with books and games, making it perfect for relaxing. The location is stunning, nestled amidst working farms and rolling hills - though you only get the view from the garden, not inside the cottage itself. It's attached to the owners' houseand you pass through their utility room to get to the garden and hot tub, which was fine with us. Overall, a charming spot for a peaceful break!
Amelia
We had such a lovely stay here! The cottage is nestled in stunning countryside, super peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The hosts made us feel really welcomeand the place was spotless with cosy touches like house plants and warm lighting. The log burner added a nice touchand the hot tub with hill views was the cherry on top. Would definitely come back!

The place was super peaceful, with loads of farm animals nearby-really charming! The baby rabbits hopping around added to the fun. Cozy and comfy accommodation, plus a welcome basket and plenty of kitchen extras. Stunning views over the valley. Just a heads up, bring everything you need, as shops are miles away.
Emma
We stayed in this cosy little cottage and loved how well stocked it was, with plenty of cooking essentials. The indoor hot tub in the summerhouse was such a treat! The welcome gifts were a lovely touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.
Sarah
We had a really lovely stay at this cosy place. The hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the moors and nearby spots, but you'll need a car to get around. If you're bringing your dog, just remember to keep them on a lead because there are farm animals nearby. A peaceful retreat for anyone craving some quiet time with nature. Definitely recommend!
Oliver
Brothershiels Byre is tucked away in a quiet spot, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. The cottage feels cosy and well-equipped, especially the kitchen and the comfy beds with clean sheets. The lounge offers a nice selection of books to unwind with. The water pressure and hot water in the bathroom are spot on. Only thing is, it could've been a bit cleaner. Would definitely come back if there's a hot tub next time!
James
Really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was spotless and had all we needed for a chill break. The owners were super friendly and the hot tub was ace.
Alex
