To reach Argyle House by car, you'll need to take the ferry to the Isle of Bute. Drive to Wemyss Bay on the mainland, take the CalMac ferry to Rothesay, then follow the seafront road to the property which sits directly on the waterfront.
For rail travelers, take a train to Wemyss Bay station which is right next to the ferry terminal. From there, catch the CalMac ferry to Rothesay and the property is a short 0.3-mile walk from the ferry terminal.
