Oliver
We loved this lovely cottage! The gardens are perfect if you've got dogs, really spacious and secure. The beds were super comfy and the place felt so peaceful, especially in October when it was quiet. The hot tub was a lovely bonus after a day out. Close to walks, lochsand castles, plus the village shop is handy and offers a cracking breakfast. A great spot for a week of cycling, kayaking, or just relaxing!

We had a wonderful time at the School House, nestled in such a breathtaking spot. The best part was all the peaceful walks right from the doorstep, so no need to go anywhere else. Loch Awe offered some great spots for a quick swim, which was lovely. Wildlife was everywhere - saw Golden Eagles, Ospreysand loads of Tawny Owls in the evening; just listen for their calls! Red squirrels and colourful birds visited the garden, so bringing some seed and peanuts is a good idea. The cottage was cosy, spaciousand kept us warm. Absolutely loved it!

We loved the size of the cottage, especially the comfy lounge with that lovely wood burner. The beds were spot-on for a good sleepand the views really are stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher which was a lifesaver with a family of seven. The games and books were a big plus for rainy days. Perfect for gentle walks nearby, but do bring your own supplies as the shop's pretty basic. Everything was clean and well-kept, definitely recommend!

We had a lovely weekend celebrating my dad's 70th birthday at this cottage. The place is really cosy and the hot tub was definitely a highlight! There are some gorgeous walks nearbyand Dalavich's cafe is perfect for a warming drink. It's quite remote, so make sure to stock up on supplies beforehand-no shops nearby. The loch wasn't as easy to reach as we'd hoped, but honestly, it didn't spoil our stay. Overall, a great spot for a family catch-up!
