Bay House Reviews

Sam
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, with stunning views that make waking up each day special. The rooms are quite spacious, perfect for our group of twelve adultsand the facilities are well thought out. Having two dishwashers and a big fridge freezer was a real bonus. The hot tub and gas BBQ are in a fantastic spot overlooking the Firth, making it even better. Yes, a bit of TLC wouldn't hurt, but overall, a lovely base to explore Dunoon and nearby spots. We'd definitely come back!
Mark
Nice view and friendly owner, resolved small problems smoothly.
Charlotte
Lovely spot! We visited for a friend's birthday and really enjoyed it. Perfect location near bars, restaurantsand stunning sea views. Would definitely come back!
Jamie
Bay House was fantastic! The location was spot onand the rooms were really spacious. Loved the hot tub and steam room, plus the cinema room was a bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed for 13, including two dishwashers. Wish we could stay longer!
Martin
We stayed at this lovely house with seven adults and four kids aged 3 to 10. There's loads of space for everyone, whether you want to hang out together or have some quiet time. The amenities are top-notchand the views are simply stunning. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more-totally recommend it!
Emma Roberts
We had an amazing stay at this fantastic house! Perfect for our family gathering, especially with three generations celebrating an 80th birthday. The place had everything we needed - comfy beds, stylish furnishingsand ensuite rooms. The high-tech audio-visual gear was a hit, plus the BBQ, hot tuband steam room made it extra special. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, well stocked with fridge, freezerand cooker. With the sea just at the bottom of the garden and loads to do nearby, we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much!
Emma S.
This place has such potentialand the location is lovely, but we were pretty disappointed. The house really needs some serious TLC-lots of broken fences and an unfenced garden, which was a bit risky. The en-suites are tired and overdue for a makeoverand the lack of outside lighting led to a nasty trip, so be careful. The back garden was full of rubbishand the top floor was freezing! Also, the tech setup was confusing without proper instructions. Could be amazing with some work though!
Emily
Absolutely loved our stay! The place was breathtakingand we couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything was perfect. We'll definitely come back soon, no doubt!
Emma
The house really suited our big group, with plenty of communal areas and a spacious kitchen. The hot tub was a hit and we all enjoyed relaxing there together!
Sarah
We had such a great time at Bay View! The place was spacious and comfyand the kitchen had everything we needed. The cinema room and steam room were a nice touchand the hot tub was fantastic. The views were truly breathtakingand lucky us with the weather - we spent most of the days outside. Perfect for our family of 14, including a baby. Would definitely stay again!
