About Achnasmeorach House

Achnasmeorach House is a five-bedroom Victorian loch-side property in Kilchrenan, near Taynuilt in Central Scotland. Sitting directly on the shores of Loch Awe, it comes with a private shoreline, jetty, boathouse and slipway you can launch your own boat straight from the property. This is a serious house for a serious group holiday.

Loch Awe is one of Scotland's longest freshwater lochs. The surrounding hills offer walks straight from the door. There's a seven-person hot tub, two terraces with BBQs and a games cabin packed with a competition-size pool table, football table, dartboard and a 100-CD jukebox.

The house sleeps 10 across five bedrooms: one king-size suite with dressing room and en-suite, one double, two twins (both convertible to king-size) and a twin bunk room. Four bathrooms include a roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

Bonawe Historic Iron Furnace is 8 miles away. Cruachan Dam Visitor Centre is 12 miles. Oban is 19 miles with a whisky distillery and shops.
